2 hours $45/ person – 6 canapes & 1 substantial canape
2.5 hours $55/person - 8 canapes & 1 substantial canape
3 hours $65/person – 8 canapes & 2 substantial canapes
Dessert canapes $6 per item
SHARING MENU PACKAGES
2-course sharing menu $65/person
(3 x entrée, 3 x main, 2 x sides / 3 x main, 2 x sides, 3 x dessert)
3-course sharing menu $85/person
(3 x entrée, 3 x main, 2 x sides, 3 x dessert)
Add canapes to start $15/person (3 canapes)
Additional sides $8/person
STAFFING PRICES (minimum of 3 hours/ staff member)
Chef $85/hour
Wait staff / Bar staff $65/hour
